Hedonistic simulator. Having fun is the only goal.
You're broke. You owe taxes. You've had enough. Build a deck of body modifications, stuff yourself full of steroids and cybernetics, and survive wave after wave of increasingly unhinged enemies with your bare — but massively enhanced — physics-based fists.
Raw in-development captures. Video quality goes sideways with the pixel shader. You've been warned.
A game that has no business being this specific and yet here we are.

No guns (mostly). Your fists are the weapon. Punch, pull, and throw enemies using first-person physics hands with stretchy, elastic reach. Hit someone hard enough and they go flying. Grab a hobo and throw him at a cop. That's valid strategy.

Build a loadout of body modification cards — steroids, cybernetics, drugs, surgery. Three types: weapons that change how you fight, upgrades that change your body, abilities that you trigger mid-brawl. Every run is a different build.

Every run starts fresh. You die, you lose everything. Between runs, a small meta progression system unlocks new starting cards and options. Survive longer, unlock more. No run is ever the same.

Waves spawn from the edges. Fight, survive, clear. Then hit the slot machine and optionally visit the black market dealer. Each wave harder, more enemies, more chaos. Keep pushing or die trying.
Use abilities, raise your BPM. Go over 150 and your own body starts killing you.
Every face you're about to punch. Study up.
